GAP (Gestión Agrícola Parametrizable, configurable farm management) is management software for intensive crop farms that lets you record and consult the agronomic data of each farm (technical and financial) quickly and in detail, at Estate, Variety and Decision Unit (Plot) level.
This software was created out of the need for a computer tool that, on a single platform, provides integrated control of any activity or process in intensive farming.

The treatments you already record in GAP go straight into your regional government's digital logbook (CUE). No retyping and no other app.
- Import your farms from the REAGAP imports your holdings and plots from the REA (Spanish farm register) exactly as the authorities have them on record.
- Send the logbook at the click of a buttonThe season's treatments go to your regional government's system, in the format it requires.

From order to field

At what levels can I view the information?
By Estate, Variety, Decision Unit, Plot or Hectare, with detail by Item and/or Active Substance, plus specific management at Plot and Irrigation Sector level.
Does it help with traceability and standards?
Yes. GAP keeps traceability records for the products used and tracks the standards that apply to the farming sector (EurepGAP, Integrated Production, etc.).
Does it control costs?
Yes. Cost management by Estate, Variety or Decision Unit (Plot), broken down by Item and/or Task or Activity, with financial data on labour, fixed assets and consumables.
Does it include the harvest?
Yes. The Harvest module completes the management cycle right up to the moment the fruit physically leaves the farm: yield estimates, fruit analysis, size tracking, customer management, sales delivery notes, harvest log and final harvest valuation.
Does GAP send the digital farm logbook (CUE)?
Yes. GAP imports your holdings from the Registro de Explotaciones Agrarias (REA, the Spanish farm register), sends treatments to your region's digital logbook and checks that the authorities have accepted them. The digital logbook is mandatory for plant protection treatments from 1 January 2027. If you are a cooperative or advisory firm, you can send the logbooks of all your growers as an authorised entity.
Can I record work reports with a photo or a voice note?
Yes. With GAP's artificial intelligence, a photo of a handwritten report, a dictated voice note or a message becomes work days, tasks, treatments and consumption. They stay pending until you confirm them, just like those from the field tablet, and speech is transcribed on our own servers.
