Purchasing
Supplier orders, goods received and transfers between warehouses or estates.
Agricultural ERP
Purchasing, sales and invoicing, warehouses and stock, costs by estate, variety and plot, and staff in a single agricultural ERP, with the technical field data alongside the financial data.
What an agricultural ERP is
An ERP (enterprise resource planning system) brings the management of the whole business into a single program. On a farm, that means what is bought, what is applied in the field, what is harvested and what is sold are all in the same place.
GAP was created out of that need: farm management software that provides, on a single platform, integrated control of any activity or process in intensive farming, with data at estate, variety and decision unit (plot) level.

Modules
Supplier orders, goods received and transfers between warehouses or estates.
Stock control and warehouse management, with the consumption of each estate and plot.
Customers, sales delivery notes and invoicing with Veri*Factu.
By estate, variety or plot, broken down by item or task, including labour, fixed assets and consumables.
The farm's staff, with their work days and tasks on each plot.
Irrigation, fertilisation and treatment orders, traceability and Spain's digital farm register (CUE).
From the field to the profit and loss account
The advantage of running everything in a farm ERP is that costs are calculated from what is already recorded day to day: the products that come in through purchasing, what is applied in each treatment or fertilisation, the staff's work days and the kilos harvested.

Accounting
GAP exports the data to your accounting software so you do not have to type it in again. Accounting and payroll are still handled in their own programs or by your accountant.
And the technical side stays where it was: the digital farm register (CUE), the AI work reports and the irrigation, fertilisation and treatment orders, all in the same program.
